MAKE A SCENE WA helps your child find their creative voice through visual storytelling.
With women being drastically underrepresented in the film industry, we strive to provide an educational environment for girls ages 9-17 that is: positive, fun, safe, and that builds confidence . We have also recently parentered with Lummi Nation School and Children of the Setting Sun Productions to provide classes to Indigenous youth.
Though MAKE A SCENE WA is a for-profit business, we have fiscal sponsorship from CASCADIA International Women’s Film Festival (Bellingham, WA) and therefore accept donations for student scholarships and special projects that help build community.
